Here's the latest happenings with Viv. Gotta keep Uncle Paul up to date =-) Here are a few short clips...
Viv experienced her first real treat at her birthday party. Have to say she was a little boring. I was hoping for some major cake smashing. She really just loved to play with the frosting!
Viv likes to babble a lot. Her favorite thing to say is dadadadada. Luke was hoping that would be her first word. However, thanks to the dog book at Nana's house her first word is "woof". Whenever she hears a dog she says woof. Whenever she sees a dog she says woof. Whenever she sees a moving animal she says woof. It seems to be the first word that carries meaning for her and is understandable. Thanks Nana =-) I do have to say that she is starting to look at Luke and say "Daddy". It's so cute. That's probably her second word. She is probably trying to say "hi" and "up" too. It's fun to watch and see as things click in her brain! Thanks to my neighbors we don't have to get a dog! We can enjoy their little dog!
Viv loves to read. She prefers this to almost any activity other than being outside. She will grab a book and crawl into your lap. I love love love this. Hope it lasts forever!
Viv hates the way grass feels on her legs. She makes every effort not to allow her knees to touch the grass. Here is the "Bear Crawl."
We were up in Fort Collins last weekend for Uncle John's graduation. He had a picture request...
Love it!!!
That's plenty of Viv for now!
