Over Labor Day we spent time at the Anderson/West Cabin. We were able to take a couple of hikes with Viv! We forgot her hat and improvised with Papa's bandana. She was a fan of the backpack. She either slept or talked! This was the hike to Native Lake just off of Hagerman Pass outside of Leadville.
Viv is just chillin in the pack:
Jim and Charla joined us:
Mom and Dad found this hike for us a couple of weeks before. It's a nice moderate hike about 5-6 miles long.
Even though it was September it was still lush and green!
The Ringenbergs came for dinner.
Jenna, Paul and Viv:
The next day Mom and I went to Timberline Lake:
The guys went fishing:
Pops and Viv:
We had a great weekend except that Viv decided not to sleep =-) When we got home we decided she was big enough to cry in the middle of the night. I don't think she's lacking nutrition! So now she is sleeping a solid 10-11 hours at night!
